White Wine (Dry to Semi-Dry)

Manning Manor BlancThis blend of 50% of Cayuga white and 50% Vidal Blanc is pale gold in the glass with aromas of tangerine, nectarine and orange blossom. Fresh acidity on the palate with flavor of burnt orange, finishing with an herbaceous note of green tea.

ChardonnayDry and intense with a vivid band of spice and oak. Mature caramelized aromas of butterscotch and toasted marshmallow compliment an expansive mouth feel and a lingering buttery finish.

RieslingDry and crisp with tropical fruit aromas of pineapple and kiwi. Complex, yet delicate, with fresh, citrus-like acidity. It pairs well with rich sauces and creamy soups. Will age nicely for several years.

Dry Rose- Pale pink in color, with fruit-forward aromas of strawberry and watermelon, our Celebration Series Dry Rose is delicately balanced to both delight and refresh the palate. Serve slightly chilled.

Semi-dry RieslingExotic fruit scent with notes of green apple and honey. A touch of sweetness delights the palate and heightens the fresh fruit flavor.

Red Wine

Cabernet FrancA medium bodied red wine with spicy black pepper and violets mingling with well extracted plum and black cherry fruit.

Cabernet Sauvignon A silky smooth red with upfront aromas of fresh black currant, stewed tomato and tart cherry. Accompanied by delicate tannins and a long, smooth refined finish.

Merlot -This full-bodied red wine with aromas of dark cherry, anise and cocoa boasts generous tannins and a long satisfying finish. Pair with beef, lamb, venison, poultry and cheese.

MeritageThis harmonious marriage of wine aged for 18 months from specially selected barrels was chosen to best represent Freedom Run Winery’s dedication to quality. Ripe red berry fruit and plum aromas accented by anise, hazelnut and spice. Big bold tannins and a full mouth-feel make this an excellent candidate for long-term cellaring.
