Join us for a One Hour Yoga Class with Christine Harbison in the Barrel Room @ Freedom Run Winery.

Class starts promptly at 11:30 am thru 12:30 pm

 

Christine of Satya Yoga strives to make yoga accessible for all.  Her goal is to provide everybody a fun, comfortable, non-judgmental space for all to practice. If you feel that beginning or even continuing a yoga practice is out of reach for you, please come and practice with us and have a little fun.

Ava's Table at the Vineyard will prepare a healthy lunch of:
