Yoga in the Vineyard with Ilenia & Wellness Vendors @ Freedom Run Winery

Join us at Freedom Run Winery for a day of Wellness in the Vineyard on Sunday, August 22nd.

This is going to be an unbelievable day and will sell out quickly!

Tasting Room doors open at 10:30 a.m. and class starts promptly at 11 a.m.

Yoga practice will be held from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., followed by everyone having a glass of wine and individual selection of artisanal cheese/salami/crackers after the class. 

Weather permitting, classes will be held outside overlooking the vineyards, sitting on the grass to connect with Mother Earth.  Please dress for comfort and bring a yoga mat, a small towel, water & facemask.  In inclement weather the class will be held inside.

A group of wellness vendors will be set up overlooking the Vineyards until 5 p.m., or in the event of inclement weather, in our Rustic Barn until 2 p.m. 

Make a day of it and RSVP for Brunch from 12-4 pm as well as RSVP for a ticket to attend our featured band The Big Sauce Trio in our Rustic Barn from 3-6 pm.!
